Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return thermal mugs and ceramic cups within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify:
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all tags/labels intact).
  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged items (received in faulty condition) are eligible for free returns or exchanges.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely, clearly marking the RA number on the outer packaging.
  3. Ship the return to our address (see Section 6) within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our error.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (no cash refunds).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item (e.g., size, color), include your desired exchange details in your RA request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized thermal mugs/ceramic cups.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging.

7. Limitations

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above terms. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number.
